Focused

I was going to visit the Panda Bears in China last year, unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I was scheduled to arrive one week after the earthquake occurred, so my tour operator scrambled to find something else for us to do. We ended up going to the northeast of China to photograph Siberian Tigers instead. Hengdaohezi Tiger Park is near Hailin City, and it is is a breeding center. They have a large compound in which some of the breeding tigers can run free and we spent three days photographing them. At some points they were close enough to capture frame filling close-ups. I loved the intensity of this stare.

I am trying to play catch up on viewing your blogs. I have probably another night before I will be caught up. I still have a lot of work and tight timelines to meet for my job, so it might take me a while to respond to your comments or totally catch up with my watches. Please keep the comments coming though, I cherish every one. I will catch up on your blog posts as quickly as I can. Have fun shooting while I work :-).
